Products

Twelve products, one standard.

We split the group by problem, not by department. Each product has its own roadmap and its own customers, and each one has to be the best answer in its category on its own merits rather than because of who owns it.

How they fit

Built around Radio Workflow

A station runs on one platform. These products work alongside it, each for a team or a job connected to it. The rest stand on their own.

01

AI products

Every product in this group started as something we had to build to run our own business, and the ones that turned out to solve a problem no single industry owns left to become products of their own.

Speech platform

Voice Buddy

Our engine, your studio

Voice Buddy is a production studio and an API on the same engine. Because we operate that engine rather than reselling someone else's, the pricing and the rate limits are ours to set rather than a vendor's.

  • Streaming synthesis with word-level timings
  • Voice cloning and shared voice libraries
  • Team workspaces and project history
  • Public API for partners and integrators
Music platform

Jingle Buddy

Written, sung, and cut to length

Jingle Buddy runs on an engine we operate rather than an API we rent, which is what makes a jingle cost pennies of compute instead of a session fee. It writes the lyric, sings it, and delivers at broadcast lengths with commercial use cleared on every plan, including the free one.

  • Sung lyrics from a brief, or your own words
  • Advertiser jingles at :10, :15, :30 and :60
  • Station imaging packages cut over one bed
  • Public API, and stems on paid plans
Scheduling and video

Meet Buddy

Booking, meeting, following up

Meet Buddy covers the whole path from a stranger landing on a page to a meeting that happened and a reply that got sent. It takes our own demo bookings and answers the chat on radioworkflow.com, which is the only endorsement worth quoting.

  • Booking pages with calendar sync
  • Video meetings in the browser, no install
  • Shared inbox with notes and reply-by-email
  • Embeddable chat and support widget
Collections service

AR Buddy

Receivables, handled

Any business that issues invoices has this problem. AR Buddy runs as a service rather than a dashboard: there is no new screen anyone has to remember to check, and what comes back is the money plus the short list of accounts worth a phone call.

  • Aging and exposure across the whole book
  • Automated reminders on a cadence set by region
  • Debtors pay by card on a secure hosted payment page
  • Escalation paths for accounts that need a call

02

Industry platforms

Where a trade needs software shaped around how the work is actually done, a general tool will not do. This is where we went all the way in, and it stays one part of the group rather than what the group is about.

Broadcast software

Radio Workflow

Love Local Radio

Radio Workflow is the group's first industry platform, built around the way a station actually runs rather than adapted to it. Orders, logs, reconciliation, invoicing, proposals, forecasting and production share one database, which is what makes the AI layer useful: it reasons over the station's real operating data rather than a copy of it. It is also where several of the Buddy products were first proved.

  • Traffic, log editing, inventory and auto-scheduling
  • Automated billing, reconciliation and makegoods
  • Prospecting, proposals, CRM and revenue forecasting
  • Saved and scheduled reports, pivot tables and a data explorer
  • Broadcast Buddy AI, ad copy and news compilation
Reporting platform

Signal

Reads everything, touches nothing

Signal is an optional reporting platform for stations that run on Radio Workflow, covering their sales, billing, receivables and inventory. Radio Workflow works the same with or without it. Signal signs in with a Radio Workflow account, reads the stations' numbers from it and links back to Radio Workflow when something needs changing.

  • A report desk of the classic reports, with PDF and CSV export
  • Revenue, receivables and inventory, each linked back to Radio Workflow
  • A morning brief at the time you choose
  • Chat that answers from your own data and never changes it
Developer platform

API Console

Build on Radio Workflow

The API Console is the developer side of Radio Workflow. A partner gets a key and secret here, a station's user grants that application the scopes it asked for, and the application calls the Radio Workflow API with the access token it receives.

  • The full Radio Workflow API reference
  • Partner key and secret for OAuth 2.0 access
  • Scopes that a station's user grants
  • Live system status for the platform
Network affiliates

Affiliate Portal

From order to signed affidavit

The Affiliate Portal is the station side of Network Distribution in Radio Workflow. A network publishes each week's orders from Radio Workflow, each affiliate station reads its own order here, and what the station reports goes back to the network. There is no sign-up and no plan to choose: a station is in when its network adds its people.

  • Every order for the week, with its window, ISCI, length and cart number
  • Air times typed in, or matched from an uploaded log
  • A Certificate of Performance, Commercial Schedule and Copy Playlist that print
  • An assistant that asks before it writes an affidavit, and never signs
Voice talent jobs

Talent Buddy

Every script, one inbox

Talent Buddy is the talent's end of production in Radio Workflow. When a producer books a voice for a spot, the job and its script reach that talent here, and the audio they record goes back to the producer from the same job.

  • Pending, completed and declined jobs on their own tabs
  • A read mode for the booth, with a timing estimate for the spot
  • Takes delivered from the job, with length, level and word checks
  • Help from a support chat on its home page
FCC public file

Compliance

From the log to the public file

Compliance reads available orders, rates, airing evidence, programming and research from Radio Workflow without changing it. Station staff add the facts only they can establish and prepare political records, issues/programs lists and EEO reports. Dated public file checks, an agent review and scoped API and MCP access help move the work forward. Staff review and upload documents to the FCC; the platform does not certify compliance.

  • Political requests and versioned disclosures with available order evidence
  • Issues/programs and EEO preparation with station review
  • Source-linked requirements, selected public file checks and daily reviews
  • Scoped REST API and MCP access to supported platform workflows
Radio promotions

RevBuddy

Sell the year

RevBuddy gives a station a selling calendar and promotion inventory it can take to an advertiser. Sellers tailor a kit to their market, set their own sponsor prices and follow the work from the first pitch through the campaign and its results.

  • Monthly promotion kits and a selling calendar
  • Station-branded sales material and sponsor tiers
  • Voice Buddy audio on eligible plans
  • Campaign entry pages, lead delivery and recaps
Restaurant platform

Table Buddy

From the table to the bank

Table Buddy follows an order the whole way: a ticket on the kitchen display, the recipe's stock off the shelf, the payment into the right drawer or account, and card payouts followed until they land, net of their fees. It is free while in preview, and commercial plans have not been published yet.

  • Every order type from one point-of-sale screen
  • Kitchen display with a ticket for every order
  • Stock that follows the recipe
  • Card money tracked until it reaches the bank

Each product sells itself on its own site. If you would rather talk to a person about more than one of them, come through the group.
