What it does

Signature Buddy gives every email from a company the same look without asking anyone to keep their own signature up to date. An event, offer or announcement can run under every email between two dates, for the departments that should see it, and the logos and banners are hosted at permanent addresses, so the emails you sent last year still show them.

How it works

  1. Make it yours

    Choose a design and add your contact details, social links, a logo or a headshot, with a live preview as you edit.

  2. Bring your team

    Add the people, brand assets and campaigns in one place, and give each person the company style with their own name, title and contact details.

  3. Go live when you're ready

    Going live starts a 30-day trial with a card. Then copy a finished signature, host its images or deploy it. Gmail connections need setting up first.

Signature Buddy has its own accounts and billing, and needs neither Radio Workflow nor any other product in the group.
