Radio Workflow

Love Local Radio

Everything a station sells, schedules and bills in one platform instead of the stack of separate systems most stations still run side by side, with the finished log handed to whatever automation system puts it on air.

01  /  The product

What it does

Radio Workflow is the group's first industry platform, built around the way a station actually runs rather than adapted to it. Orders, logs, reconciliation, invoicing, proposals, forecasting and production share one database, which is what makes the AI layer useful: it reasons over the station's real operating data rather than a copy of it. It is also where several of the Buddy products were first proved.

  • Traffic, log editing, inventory and auto-scheduling
  • Automated billing, reconciliation and makegoods
  • Prospecting, proposals, CRM and revenue forecasting
  • Saved and scheduled reports, pivot tables and a data explorer
  • Broadcast Buddy AI, ad copy and news compilation

02  /  In practice

How it works

  1. Sell it

A seller writes the contract, and that contract is the record every other department works from. Nothing is re-keyed between them.

  2. Schedule and air it

Traffic schedules it onto the log, and the finished log is exported to whichever of 60+ automation systems puts it on air.

  3. Reconcile and bill it

Air logs come back and are reconciled against what was scheduled, and billing invoices from the same record.

Where it fits

Signal reads its numbers, AR Buddy collects its overdue accounts, the API Console opens it to developers, and Meet Buddy books its demos. The affiliate stations of its networks see their orders and report what aired in the Affiliate Portal, and the voice talent its stations book get their jobs in Talent Buddy. Compliance reads its orders, airings and programming to prepare FCC public file documents.
