Create an account and a workspace on the Recruit Buddy site. A first workspace starts with 14 days of the Growth plan and no card asked for, and moves to the Free plan when the trial ends, with everything in it kept.
For developers
REST with scoped API keys and signed webhooks for every hiring event. The same key connects an AI assistant.

What it does

Recruit Buddy is a hiring platform built on one rule: the AI does the reading, and a person owns every no. Autopilot may advance strong applicants and invite them to schedule, above a confidence you set, but a recommended decline always waits for one human click, and every recommendation is kept with its reasons and with what a person then did.

How it works

  1. Screen

    Every application is read against the job's scorecard within moments of arriving: a recommendation, a fit score, and the evidence for each criterion quoted from the CV.

  2. Decide

    The Decision Inbox puts every recommendation in one queue. Accept it, override it with a reason, or accept the confident ones in bulk. Each candidate hears back.

  3. Interview

    Candidates pick their own slot from your interviewers' real availability. Interviewers rate against the same scorecard the screening used, so the two measure the same thing.

  4. Offer

    Build the offer inside the band, route it for approval, and send it for a typed signature.
