01  /  The product

What it does

The Affiliate Portal is the station side of Network Distribution in Radio Workflow. A network publishes each week's orders from Radio Workflow, each affiliate station reads its own order here, and what the station reports goes back to the network. There is no sign-up and no plan to choose: a station is in when its network adds its people.

  • Every order for the week, with its window, ISCI, length and cart number
  • Air times typed in, or matched from an uploaded log
  • A Certificate of Performance, Commercial Schedule and Copy Playlist that print
  • An assistant that asks before it writes an affidavit, and never signs

02  /  In practice

How it works

  1. Your network adds you

    The network puts your station's people on its roster, each with a role: view, report times or sign the week.

  2. Sign in with an emailed link

    Enter the email your network has for your station and open the link that arrives. It works once, and one email can cover several stations and networks.

  3. Load the week

    Read each network's order, load the carts and print the paperwork. When the network revises the week, you see what changed.

  4. Report and sign

    Report what aired, by hand or from your log, and sign the week by its deadline. A week signed late is still accepted, and marked late.

Where it fits

A station that runs its own Radio Workflow workspace can be invited by its network to link it. The network's orders then arrive in the station's Network Query and its affidavits fill in from its posted logs, and it still signs the week in the Affiliate Portal.

Open to the stations a network on Radio Workflow invites. Each person chooses the emails they want for a station, from a new week to a reminder before affidavits are due.
