Signature Buddy
Available. Visit Signature Buddy.
Signature Buddy makes email signatures for one person or a whole team. A company style is filled in with each person's own details, a campaign can sit under every email between two dates, and the images are hosted at addresses that stay put, so the emails you sent last year still show them.
| For | Anyone who sends email for work, from one person to a whole company and its departments |

| Status | Available |

| Sign in | No password. Your account is created when you go live, and its account key is kept in the editor |

How it works
- Make it yours. Choose one of twenty designs and add your contact details, social links, a logo or a headshot, with a live preview as you edit. Build a full signature for new emails and a simpler one for replies.
- Bring your team. Add the people, brand assets and campaigns in one place. One company style is personalised for each person, with their own name, title and contact details.
- Go live when you're ready. Going live starts a 30-day trial with a card. Then copy a finished signature, host its images or deploy it. Gmail connections need setting up first.
Designing and previewing are free, with no account and no card.
What it covers
Designs. Twenty signature designs with your logo, colours and links, handwritten name styles and panel artwork.
Teams. Personal and team modes. A team applies one company design to a roster, built by hand or imported from a connected Google Workspace directory.
Campaigns. An event, offer or announcement under every email, with start and end dates and the departments that should see it. A library of seasonal and holiday ads comes round every year, and Workflow keeps it current, so new ones reach your editor without an update.
Hosted images. Logos, headshots and banners are hosted at permanent public addresses. They stay online for the emails you have already sent, so do not upload anything private.
Getting signatures into mailboxes
- Google Workspace. Your Workspace administrator authorises the service, and Workflow Corporation verifies and binds that administrator to your Signature Buddy account. After that, scheduled changes can apply every hour.
- Personal Gmail. A connection to a single Gmail account, offered only where the service has it switched on.
- Microsoft 365. An administrator runs the supplied PowerShell script with your deployment schedule. It is not a one-click or continuous Outlook connection.
- Outlook, Apple Mail and other clients. Copy the finished signature and paste it into the client's signature settings.
The Google connections change Gmail signature settings and read directory users. They do not ask to read the body of any email.
Accounts and the product family
Signature Buddy has its own accounts and billing. It does not require a Radio Workflow account or any other product in the group.
Billing
The builder is free. Going live, which means copying a finished signature, exporting a deployment schedule, hosting images or deploying to Gmail, needs Signature Buddy Pro. It starts with a 30-day trial that asks for a card, then renews monthly unless you cancel. A plan covers up to 10 people, each extra person is billed on top, and the plan follows the team size in the app. API and MCP access are included. See the current price, which is in US dollars.
For developers
A versioned REST API covers account status, image uploads, the signature schedule, automatic application and applying signatures to connected Gmail mailboxes. The contract is published as OpenAPI, with a guide at signatures.workflowcorp.com/docs. Calls use your account key as a bearer token.
The same key connects an AI assistant over MCP. An assistant can check your account, read and save the schedule, upload images, turn automatic application on or off, list the people in a connected Google Workspace and apply signatures. Applying overwrites the signatures in connected Gmail mailboxes, so have it confirm the people first. See the MCP connection and setup, or Building on our products.
Policies
Signature Buddy publishes its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
