RevBuddy gives radio sellers finished promotions to take to advertisers. A kit brings together the concept, station-branded one-sheet, sponsor rate card, scripts, demo, campaign and recap, with guidance on who to call and how to sell it.

How it works
- Pick a month and a category. The selling calendar and promotion catalogue give the team an occasion and a reason to call an advertiser.
- Prepare the pitch. Tailor the kit to the station and advertiser, set sponsor prices, and take the sales material to the meeting. Eligible plans include voiced demos and campaign tools.
- Run the promotion. Follow the work through the pitch, sale and campaign, with entry pages and lead delivery where the plan includes them.
- Show the result. The advertiser recap brings the campaign's results together for the renewal conversation.
Sponsor rate cards carry several positions and a range of potential revenue. The station sets its own prices; the figures on the public home page are a labelled example, not a promise of sales.
Accounts and the product family
RevBuddy has its own station workspace and plans. Every plan includes unlimited team seats, and Cluster supports a group of stations. It does not require a Radio Workflow account.
RevBuddy uses Voice Buddy to produce audio on eligible plans. RevBuddy manages that account, so a station does not need its own Voice Buddy subscription or API key.
Billing
Choose a monthly Solo, Station or Cluster plan, or buy an Essentials or Premium campaign individually. Solo and Station each include a monthly campaign credit, banking up to six; Solo credits cover Essentials and Station credits cover Premium. Cluster includes unlimited campaign credits. Subscribers pay lower prices for campaigns bought beyond their allowance.
The plans differ in the catalogue, audio, campaign and team tools they include. See the current plan comparison.
For developers
The Cluster plan offers a scoped REST API and MCP connection for promotion kits, campaigns, leads, audience, stations, audio and goals. Workspace owners create keys and choose the permissions; the same key works with REST and an AI assistant. RevBuddy publishes an API reference, OpenAPI document and MCP setup guide inside the product. Audio production uses the same plan allowances as the app.
See the RevBuddy API reference and MCP setup guide, or Building on our products.
