Radio Workflow

Radio Workflow runs a radio station. Everything a station sells, schedules, produces and bills happens in one platform, instead of the stack of separate systems most stations still run side by side. The finished log is handed to whatever automation system puts it on air.

Why one platform

Orders, logs, reconciliation, invoicing, proposals, forecasting and production share one database. A contract written by a seller is the same record traffic schedules, the log airs, reconciliation checks against what actually played, and billing invoices. Nothing is re-keyed between departments, and nothing has to be exported from one system and imported into the next.

That shared record is also what makes the AI in the platform useful. Broadcast Buddy, the assistant built into Radio Workflow, reasons over your station's real operating data rather than a copy of it.

What it covers

Sales and CRM. Prospecting, client accounts, proposals, deals, contracts with an approval workflow, the sales pipeline, rate cards, budgets and targets, visit planning and sales reporting. An AI sales agent can prospect and send outreach for you.

Traffic and logs. The daily log editor, weekly logs, inventory and live avails, auto-scheduling, make-goods, run times, proof of performance and reconciliation of what aired against what was scheduled. Logs export to 60+ automation systems, and air logs come back for reconciliation.

Production. Creative projects, script writing, the spot library, AI voiceovers and voice cloning, AI music, a multitrack production studio, automated news, and show prep.

Billing and finance. Invoicing on end-of-flight, broadcast or calendar cycles, payments and payment links, balances and aging, credit and debit notes, write-offs, commissions and tax, prebilling and forecasting, and accounting sync. Overdue accounts can be sent to AR Buddy for collection without leaving the platform.

Reporting. A business data explorer, saved and scheduled reports, and pivot tables.

Communication and digital. Team messaging, SMS, email, newsletters, web pages and popups, promotions and contests, streaming, and feeds.

Works with

  • Signal is an optional reporting platform on top of Radio Workflow's data: the classic reports, printed and exported, with a dashboard and a morning brief beside them, using the same sign-in.
  • AR Buddy takes overdue accounts you send it from an invoice, the A/R dashboard or the Balances page, and reports recoveries back to your A/R dashboard.
  • Meet Buddy takes Radio Workflow's demo bookings and answers the chat on radioworkflow.com.
  • Affiliate Portal is the station side of Network Distribution: when you distribute a show or a package to affiliate stations, each one sees the orders you publish for the week there, reports what aired and signs the week.
  • Talent Buddy is where the voice talent you book in Radio Workflow get their jobs and scripts, whichever station sent them, and deliver their takes back to you.
  • Compliance reads your orders, rates, airings and programming, without changing them, to prepare your stations' FCC public file documents.
  • An AI assistant of your own can be connected to your Radio Workflow data so you can ask it about your accounts, logs and proposals.
  • Developers can build on the partner API. See Building on our products.
