Affiliate Portal

The Affiliate Portal is where a network's affiliate stations work the network week. When a network distributes a show or a package through Radio Workflow, each station that carries it sees that week's orders and audio here, reports what aired and signs the week. Stations join by invitation from their network: there is nothing to sign up for.

How it works

  1. Your network adds you. The network puts your station's people on its roster, each with a role (view, report times or sign the week), and sends each one an invitation.
  2. You sign in with an emailed link. Enter the email your network has for your station. The link works once, and one email can cover several stations and networks.
  3. You load the week. Read each network's order, load the carts and print the paperwork.
  4. You report and sign. Report what aired, by hand or from your log, and sign the week by its deadline. A week signed late is still accepted, and marked late.

The week's orders

Orders arrive for each broadcast week: the national spots inside each show you carry, by break and position, and the ROS units you place yourself. Each one shows its advertiser, window, ISCI, length and cart number.

The copy playlist lists the carts for your ROS units with the network's cart numbers and ISCIs, with the audio to download or a note on how the network sends it.

Reporting what aired

  • By hand. Give each ROS unit the time it aired, or mark it outside its window or not aired, with a reason. Certify the days and hours you carried each show and list any break you dropped.
  • From your log. Upload your automation system's as-run or program log as a CSV, TXT, XLS or PDF file. It is matched to the week's units for you, and nothing is saved until you review the matches and apply them.

Changes

When the network republishes a week, you see what changed for your station and acknowledge the latest version, so the network knows you have it.

Signing the week

Once every show is certified and every unit reported, a contact who can sign signs the week with their name and title. The signed week is your station's proof of performance. Signing always needs a person.

Paperwork

A Certificate of Performance for each show, and a Commercial Schedule and Copy Playlist for ROS, print straight from the week's order.

Emails

In Settings, each person picks the emails they want for a station: a new week, a revised week, audio they were waiting for, and a reminder two days before affidavits are due.

The assistant

Ask the assistant about your orders, have it match your automation log, or get it to chase what is outstanding. It asks before it writes an affidavit, and it never signs.

Stations that run on Radio Workflow

If your station runs its own Radio Workflow workspace, your network can invite it to link. Once your workspace accepts, the network's orders arrive in your Network Query, revisions update your draft logs, and affidavits fill in from your posted logs. You check them in the Affiliate Portal and sign the week there.

For networks

The Affiliate Portal is the station side of Network Distribution in Radio Workflow. You sell on contracts as usual and publish each week's orders to your affiliates. Each station sees its own order, and what it reports comes back to your Affidavit Center.

Networks work in Radio Workflow. The Affiliate Portal site is for the station. Network Distribution is switched on for each network workspace: talk to Radio Workflow.

For developers

A station's own systems can work the week through a REST API and an MCP server: read the order, download the audio, report times and acknowledge changes. Station keys are created in the portal, and signing stays with a person. The API reference is public. See Building on our products.

Getting help

Your network is your first call: it adds and removes station contacts, sets each person's role and publishes the orders. If you are not getting the sign-in email, or an order looks wrong, ask the network's traffic coordinator.
