Workflow Corporation
Workflow Corporation is the home of Buddy: a family of AI products that do the work rather than help you do it.
The group builds two kinds of product. The Buddy products each do one job: produce a voice read, write and sing a jingle, run a booking page with the meeting room built in, or recover money an advertiser stopped paying. The industry platforms each run a whole kind of business in one system: Radio Workflow a radio station's sales, scheduling, production and billing, and Table Buddy a restaurant's orders, kitchen, stock and cash.
Every product in this group started as something we had to build to run our own business, and the ones that turned out to solve a problem no single industry owns left to become products of their own.
These pages document the group as a whole: what each product is for, how the products relate, how accounts and billing work across them, and where to get help. Each product also has its own site, and the product pages here link to it.

How the products fit together
Each product has its own site. You can use any Buddy product without any other, and all of them except Talent Buddy without Radio Workflow. The Affiliate Portal is for the stations of a network on Radio Workflow, at that network's invitation, and Signal and Compliance work from your Radio Workflow account. Most products have their own account and plans. See Accounts, sign-in and billing.
A few connections are worth knowing about:
- Signal reads Radio Workflow. It signs you in with your Radio Workflow account, reads your stations' numbers from it, and sends you back to Radio Workflow when something needs changing. It is only useful if your stations run on Radio Workflow.
- AR Buddy is built into Radio Workflow. A station on Radio Workflow can send an overdue account to AR Buddy straight from an invoice and watch the recoveries on its A/R dashboard. Stations on other billing systems place accounts through AR Buddy's own portal or API.
- The Affiliate Portal works from Radio Workflow. It serves only the affiliate stations of networks that distribute through Radio Workflow: the network publishes each week's orders from Radio Workflow, each station reads its own order in the Affiliate Portal, and what the station reports goes back to the network. Stations are invited by their network, and there is nothing to sign up for.
- Talent Buddy works from Radio Workflow. It serves only the voice talent that stations on Radio Workflow book: a producer assigns the talent to a spot in Radio Workflow, the job, with its script, is waiting for them in Talent Buddy, and the audio they record goes back to the producer from the same job.
- Compliance reads Radio Workflow. It signs you in with your Radio Workflow account and reads your stations' orders, rates, airings and programming without changing them. Your station adds what only it knows, reviews each document and uploads it to the FCC public file itself.
- Several Buddy products were proved inside Radio Workflow first. They were built and used there before they became products of their own.
- RevBuddy uses Voice Buddy for audio. The account is managed by RevBuddy, so stations do not need a separate Voice Buddy subscription or key. RevBuddy works without a Radio Workflow account.
- We use them ourselves. Meet Buddy takes the demo bookings and answers the chat on radioworkflow.com.
