Accounts, sign-in and billing
Each Buddy product stands on its own, with its own account, its own sign-in and its own plans, and so is Radio Workflow. An account on one product does not sign you in to another. The exceptions are Signal and Compliance, which work from your Radio Workflow account and sign-in, and Talent Buddy, which has no account to create and no plans: the stations that book you on Radio Workflow let you in with the email address they have on file for you. The Affiliate Portal has no account to create and no plans either: a network on Radio Workflow invites the contacts at its affiliate stations, and they sign in with the email the network has on file for them.

Signal and your Radio Workflow password. Signal checks your password with Radio Workflow every time you sign in. If you change or reset your Radio Workflow password, use the new one on Signal too. To reset it, use the reset link on the Radio Workflow sign-in page.
Workspaces and teams
Most products organise your work into a workspace that you invite your team into.
- Radio Workflow: your station or group's workspace, where an administrator manages users and their roles. If you work for more than one workspace, you can switch between them.
- Signal: follows your Radio Workflow workspace. If your login belongs to more than one, Signal asks which one you want, and everything you keep in Signal belongs to you in that workspace.
- Voice Buddy: team workspaces with shared voice libraries and project history.
- Jingle Buddy: seats, and the number of renders you can run at once, come with your plan.
- Meet Buddy: team event types, such as round robin and collective scheduling, share bookings across the hosts on a team.
- RevBuddy: a station workspace with unlimited team seats on every plan; the Cluster plan supports a group of stations. Audio is produced through RevBuddy's Voice Buddy account, with no separate Voice Buddy bill for the station.
- Table Buddy: each restaurant keeps its own menu, staff and money; staff hold what their role grants, and one login can belong to several restaurants.
Billing
Each product below bills separately, on its own plans. The table below says how each product measures what you use, as published on its own site. Current plans and prices are always on the product's site, which is the authority if anything here differs.
