What it does

Compliance reads available orders, rates, airing evidence, programming and research from Radio Workflow without changing it. Station staff add the facts only they can establish and prepare political records, issues/programs lists and EEO reports. Dated public file checks, an agent review and scoped API and MCP access help move the work forward. Staff review and upload documents to the FCC; the platform does not certify compliance.

  • Political requests and versioned disclosures with available order evidence
  • Issues/programs and EEO preparation with station review
  • Source-linked requirements, selected public file checks and daily reviews
  • Scoped REST API and MCP access to supported platform workflows

How it works

  1. Confirm your stations

Unambiguous facility matches can be linked automatically. Review uncertain matches and station facts before using the public file checks.

  2. Review the evidence

Use available operational records and feed/extractor research, then add candidate, sponsor, actual broadcast and employment-unit facts. Research alone does not prove a program aired.

  3. Generate, then upload

Compliance makes the PDF and shows which folder of the public file it belongs in, and you upload it there.

  4. Keep the work moving

Review routine dates, source-linked requirements and daily agent findings. Public file metadata checks show selected coverage and incomplete reads. Special orders and station-specific obligations need their own evidence.
